      What is the typical financing for such property, e.g. in terms of downpayment, and payment schedule?

        It is a place for business, the site beside it A’Posh Bizhub is an office building, so you can expect more human traffic in your area in a couple years when this two buildings are operational :)

      Am thinking of getting a unit at the lower floors, think maybe second or third floor (understand ground floor is usually very expensive). What is the size of one such unit, and what is the price ? When is it due for TOP ? Also, how near is it from the MRT station ?
