A Single Singapore Citizen of at least 35-years of age can purchase any type of Resale Flat in any area.
An unmarried Orphan/Widowed person of at least 21-years of age is also eligible.

2 Single Singapore Citizens of each 35-years of age whether related or not can purchase any type of Resale Flat in any area.
It is also applicable to 1 Single Singapore Citizen to combine with 1 unmarried Orphan/Widowed person of at least 21-years of age.

The couple must subsequently get married and produce their marriage certificate within 3-months from taking possession of the Flat.

- IF any party is less than 18-years of age, a license to marry from the Ministry of Community Development, Youth & Sports must be obtained
Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents who form a family nucleus can purchase any type of Resale Flat in any area.
