Capital Appreciation: Projects TOP-ed in 2010

 

Follow-up on my post on Projects that TOP in 2010:

 

The 11 projects below do not have official rental data out, so that projected rental yield is left out.

The 2 Best performing Projects in terms of capital appreciation from the time of launch till today are The Orchard Residences and Paterson Suites both located within walking distance to Orchard MRT & Wisma Atria.

The 2 Projects that have performed the poorest are Latitude, 31-35 Jln Mutiara (Nearer to Great World City) and Riveria Gardens, 8 River Valley Grove (opposite Yong An Park).
